William F. Madden, P.E.
Owner
Mr. Madden possesses forty-two (42) years’ experience as a practicing engineer in both the private sector and public sector. In the areas of Civil Engineering and Consulting, Mr. Madden’s firm has provided technical expertise in the design of a variety of projects requiring Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services. Mr. Madden is a Registered Professional Engineer by written examination and holds valid licenses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Brian R. Grady, R.S.
Registered Sanitarian
Design sanitary systems in accordance with state and local regulations, for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Design site plans for commercial properties including parking, utilities and grading. Perform field work as required to prepare plans, including topographical surveys, percolation examinations, wetland delineations, and “as-built” inspections. Provide representation at Conservation Commission and Board of Health hearings as well as other public hearings.
Thomas M. Morss
Field Crew/Chief of Party
Mr. Morss, as Chief-of-Party, possesses twenty-four (28) years of experience in field surveys including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys and surveys of various on-site utilities for a multitude of projects ranging from expansive residential and commercial developments to single house lots. Mr. Morss has extensive experience in the use of EDM total stations as well as the use of data collectors.
Justin Peckham
Civil Engineer
Graduate from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth-Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. Trained in Architectural Drafting and Engineering Science. Studied floor plans of residential homes and drawings of elevations in architectural drafting. Knowledge of building components and familiar with architectural and engineering terminology. Learned Auto Cad commands. Learned how to draw floor and section plans. Learned how to land survey and has knowledge of land surveying terms.
Robert J. Rogers
Project Engineer/Project Manager
Mr. Rogers was employed by G.A.F. Engineering, Inc. from 1990 thru 1995, and has recently returned after twenty years with another local firm. During that time Mr. Rogers gained extensive experience as the firm’s principal reviewer of subdivisions and commercial site designs for a number of towns throughout the region. Mr. Rogers was also the project manager and design engineer for many commercial, residential, and municipal projects.
Jeffery S. Harper
Survey Technician/CADD Designer-Operator
Mr. Harper possesses 32 years’ experience in the Survey and Engineering field. Mr. Harper is experienced in the Recovery, Collection and Interpretation of field monumentation for the purpose of Lot Line Surveys. He also possesses years of experience in the preparation of various types of Plans, for example, Land Court and Sub-Division plans as well as Proposed Site Plans and Site Septic System Design Layouts using Auto CADD. Mr. Harper is proficient in the Researching of previously recorded plans.
Robert Braman Jr., P.L.S.
Professional Land Surveyor
Mr. Braman possesses forty-five (45) years’ experience as a practicing surveyor in both the private sector and public sector. Mr. Braman has provided technical expertise in the design and permitting of channels, basins and mooring facilities, marinas, piers and floats of various types of materials. He also possesses expertise in on-site sewage disposal systems for residential, motels, restaurants, and condominium projects. Experience in all facets of survey work including property surveys, topographic surveys and hydrographic surveys in many waterways of southern Massachusetts and the Islands.
